Details On May 2, 2026, the BMS Portal will be upgraded from version 22.3 to version 25.2. The 25.2 release introduces a range of enhancements focused on improving usability, simplifying login management, expanding reporting functionality, and addressing previously reported issues. Together, these improvements increase user efficiency, enhance navigation, and provide greater flexibility for both administrators and end users.
Improved usability • Enhanced page navigation across multiple screens, including selectable and custom row counts. • Improved search screens with better pagination and downloadable results. • Embedded Customer Search enables lookup by name or number, with support for parent/child account selection. • New Services tab adds in portal fax sending for eligible users.
Simplified login management • Unified Manage Logins menu replaces Add/View/Modify menus. • Expanded login search filters (status, user type, last login, date ranges, customer hierarchy). • Login search results can be downloaded or emailed. • Streamlined login creation with customer and child-account selection. • New user types introduced to support reseller and end user fax capabilities.
