Desktop Messaging BMS and Production Messaging BMS will undergo a system maintenance on June 21, 2022 from 14:00 - 18:00 GMT.
Please add the new OpenText Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) relay addresses to your firewall access list. 150.105.152.38 (FQDN: relay.al.easylink.com) and 150.105.144.38 (FQDN: relay.lt.easylink.com). Virtual Private Network (VPN) clients will need to contact OpenText Support to coordinate required access modifications.
No service interruption is anticipated during this timeframe. In the unlikely event that you experience a connectivity issue or degradation of service, you may contact your support service desk team.
