The maintenance originally scheduled for 9 June 2024 from 16:00 UTC to 20:00 UTC has been rescheduled to 21 July 2024 from 16:00 UTC to 20:00 UTC. Service connectivity will be degraded during this timeframe. Customers should verify that no connectivity issues exist. If an issue is discovered, please contact your OpenText Support Team for assistance and reference tracking number C2046616. Customers connecting to the OpenText Slough data center through the Internet Protocol Security (IPSEC) Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnel should be able to resolve connectivity issues on their own by resetting the VPN tunnel. If the maintenance is unable to be performed on the dates specified above, it may be rescheduled to 28 July 2024.
