On June 7, 2026, from 02:00 to 06:00 UTC, OpenText will perform a software upgrade to the latest version for AS2A Americas. At the same time, Apache Tomcat will be upgraded from version 7 to 9.

During the maintenance window:
The AS2A Americas service will be degraded during the first one hour and thirty minutes of the maintenance window, from 02:00 to 03:30 UTC.

After the maintenance window:
Customers whose AS2 software does not support connecting to Apache Tomcat 9 will experience failed client requests resulting in HTTP 400 Bad Request errors.
