The services are only affected when accessed via VPN. If access is performed through any method other than VPN, customers may not be impacted. However, some customers' Trading Partners may be affected if they rely on VPN access into the data center.
Please actively monitor your IPSec tunnels following the implementation. If any connectivity issues are observed, please contact your support team.
If the maintenance is unable to be performed on the date specified above, it may be rescheduled to 18 May 2025.
