Core EDR/MDR is experiencing service degradation. Devices running macOS agent version 2.1.7 can experience event logs that may not appear as expected in the portal.

All data continues to be processed by the agent. Our engineering team has identified the cause and is working to restore full visibility.

Updates for this issue will be sent every 12 hours or if there are significant updates, whichever comes first.
