On 12 January 2025 from 01:00 UTC to 09:00 UTC a network maintenance has been scheduled that will affect these services:

- Desktop Messaging BMS
- Production Messaging BMS
- Notifications - Email
- Notifications - SMS
- Fax2Mail
- Production Messaging
- RightFax Connect
- Notifications - Voice

Intermittent service interruptions are expected to occur throughout this timeframe. Cloud Fax and Notification services that are capable of failover will be routed to alternate processing sites to further minimize interruptions. BMS, and TradeGateway OpenText products will experience a brief interruption of service between 01:00 to 09:00 GMT.
