The Cloud Connect and Fax2Mail software maintenance originally scheduled on 9 August 2025 from 01:00 to 13:00 UTC has been rescheduled to 10 August 2025 from 00:00 to 12:00 UTC. Intermittent service interruptions are expected to occur throughout this timeframe.

Customers capable of being failed over to our alternate site will be rerouted for uninterrupted service. However, there may be a brief interruption when the failover occurs.
