The service impact was first noted on OT2 Shared Services EU and impacted on client’s ability to access the https://developer.opentext.com/ portal. OpenText was notified by internal monitoring. During the investigation, SMEs identified a high volume of traffic from one client from Thailand entering LI3. To manage the load, SMEs increased backend resources and scaled up the number of pods. The situation stabilized as the traffic decreased, and the service was restored at 11:25g on 11/10.
