Core EDR/MDR will undergo software maintenance on 25 February 2026, from 23:30 to 04:30 UTC. During this window, the Detection & Response portal will be updated silently to version 26.1.2. No service interruption is anticipated during this timeframe.

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue, please contact support and reference the version 26.1.2 upgrade.
