After 5 May 2026, customers and their trading partners may be unable to securely connect to production EMEA Managed Services Shared Message Gateway via web.smg.ms1.eu.gxs.com if the new certificate is not installed according to your local network/application processes.

Signing and Encryption certificates are not impacted.
