Fax Cloud Connect and Fax2Mail Ashburn will be undergoing system maintenance on 20 September 2025 from 13:00 to 21 September 2025 01:00 UTC. Intermittent service interruptions are expected to occur in the Ashburn data center throughout this timeframe.

Customers capable of being failed over to our alternate site will be rerouted for uninterrupted service; however, there may be a brief interruption when the failover occurs.
