Details
On March 5 and April 5, 2026, between 01:00 and 05:00 GMT, OpenText will disable FTP (port 21) on all test and production endpoints to enhance security and prevent unencrypted file transfers.

Impact
After FTP (port 21) is disabled, any services, scripts, or client connections still using port 21 will fail.

Action required
Transition all file transfer connections to SFTP (port 22) immediately.
