After 2 August 2026, customers and their trading partners may be unable to securely connect to production Managed Services Shared Message Gateway (MS SMG) service via pweb-jpn.ms.gxs.com if the new certificate is not installed according to your local network/application processes.

Signing and Encryption certificates are not impacted.
