On 16 March 2024 from 11:00 UTC to 20:00 UTC a system maintenance has been scheduled that will affect these services:
- Fax2Mail
- Production Messaging
- RightFax Connect

Intermittent service interruptions are expected to occur throughout this timeframe.

Disaster/Recovery customers capable of being failed over to our alternate site will be rerouted for uninterrupted service. However, there may be a brief interruption when the failover occurs.
