Update

The software maintenance scheduled for 21 March 2026, from 14:00 UTC to 22 March 2026, at 02:00 UTC, has been changed to 21 March 2026, from 13:00 UTC to 22 March 2026, at 01:00 UTC. These services are affected:

- Fax Cloud Connect (Ashburn)
- Fax2mail (Ashburn)
- Production Messaging - Fax (Ashburn)

Intermittent service interruptions are expected to occur in the Ashburn data center throughout this timeframe.

Disaster/Recovery customers capable of being failed over to our alternate site will be rerouted for uninterrupted service; however, there may be a brief interruption when the failover occurs.
