OpenText Alloy North America will be undergoing maintenance on 23 September 2023 from 09:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC. The Application will be unavailable during the first 2 hours of this timeframe.
Customers will be unable to connect to our services while the existing firewalls are being decommissioned. Once the new firewalls are activated, connectivity will be restored. The remaining 4 hours of the maintenance window are required for service validation and monitoring; however, no service impact is expected during that time. If the maintenance is unable to be performed on the date specified above, the work will be rescheduled to 30 September 2023. An updated notification will be sent if the backup date is required.
