Microsoft is reverting this service update in an internal test environment to confirm this resolves the issue without causing additional problems for the service. Users can enable the Information Protection app's service principal in Microsoft Azure to allow users to access the Outlook desktop client and mobile apps, but the app may be automatically disabled and cause the impact to reoccur.
