Covisint B2B Connect, Supplier Connection and ProviderLink will be undergoing maintenance on 4 June 2023 from 06:00 to 10:00 GMT. The applications will be unavailable during the first 2 hours of this timeline. Portal customers will also be impacted. Delays will be experienced in IDSync message processing throughout use of the portal (changes/updates). All messages are expected to process after maintenance concludes.
During the outage, customers are unable to connect to Covisint EDI Application.
If the maintenance is unable to be performed on the date specified above, the work will be rescheduled to 10 June 2023. An updated notification will be sent if the backup date is required.
